Fast forward to today and I could not have anticipated that my professional path would evolve from a c-suite career into empowering/coaching women to feel at home in their bodies, deepen intimate connections, and heal from the complexities of sexual trauma. I'm Tosh, a Pleasure Educator and Life Coach certified in the Bodysex Method and Erotic Blueprint Coaching (both as seen on Netflix Sex, Love, and Goop). Also, I’m a passionate expert in Sound Healing Massage, which helps relieve stress and reconnect to your body. Sound Healing Massage is the mind, body, spirit alignment and embodiment every overwhelmed, stressed out woman needs.
For a decade, I've facilitated immersive group retreats in beautiful locations abroad.

My happy place is a beach sunrise or a loooong afternoon delight (wink, wink)
But it wasn’t always this way…
Rewind the tape. I was a good girl who followed all the rules and ticked off all the right boxes: college, graduate school, career. I was building an impressive career. And, of course, I dated for the ring. Along the way I found someone who was an EXCELLENT lover, but he wasn’t able to pour into me mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.
After eight years, I finally left him to find a healthier relationship. I found a new relationship, but the new guy didn’t satisfy me sexually. I wondered: am I broken? So, in a desperate attempt to have an orgasm, I returned to that eight-year relationship. I was so dickmatized that I went back to someone I knew could only satisfy me sexually but not mentally or emotionally.
One day, I was basking in a satisfying sexual after glow and wondered why this man was the only one who had mastered my body. Why don’t I know myself better?
This question set me on a path to learning about my body and pleasure.
I invested time finding the way back to myself through whole body pleasure and embodiment. Plus I learned so much about my body and was shocked (no appalled!) about key basic things I didn’t know or understand about my vulva. That’s why today, I LOVE educating women that they are capable of endless orgasms and pleasure regardless of their age or size.
What I know for sure is this: pleasure is not superficial or frivolous. Pleasure is essential for feeling alive and connected to yourself and others. By prioritizing what feels good, you're nurturing your nervous system and enhancing your overall well-being, which directly benefits your sexuality. Finding our way back to ourselves through whole body pleasure and embodiment is pretty damn nourishing
